From conversation to clarity

Find the meaning.

Record & revisit

Record a meeting or import audio. Keep the recording on your phone and play it back when you need more context.

Read & listen

Read a segmented transcript and jump back to the recording from a passage. Add meeting-specific names and terms to help recognition.

Minutes in two languages

Review Chinese and English minutes, key points, decisions, and action items. Switch between the minutes and original transcript.

A simple workflow

Record. Process. Review.

  1. Save a recording

Recording and local playback do not start cloud processing. Make sure you have permission to record and process the conversation.

  2. Choose cloud processing

When you request a transcript and minutes, audio and selected names and terms are sent for transcription. The transcript is sent to OpenAI to prepare minutes.

  3. Return to the result

Keep Bilin open until submission is complete. Once the app confirms cloud processing, you can leave Bilin and return later to retrieve results.

Cloud processing requires verified subscription access and is subject to availability and usage limits. When a subscription expires, signed-in users can still view saved meetings, play recordings, and record new audio. AI-generated text can contain mistakes: check important details against the recording before relying on or sharing it.

Understand your data

Local recordings.
Cloud processing by choice.

Cloud processing is not entirely on-device. Transcription services may hold uploaded audio, and Bilin temporarily stores results for recovery. Our policy explains the difference between local copies, temporary cloud results, and provider retention.
