Apple's standard licence

Bilin's in-app Terms of Use link points to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). This page provides that same link and practical product information; it is not a replacement or a new custom EULA.

Subscriptions

Apple manages purchases and renewals. Available plans, prices, renewal periods, and any offers are shown in the app and confirmed by Apple before a purchase. Manage or cancel your subscription in Apple's subscription settings.

Cloud transcription and minutes require verified access and are subject to availability and usage limits. A lapsed subscription does not by itself prevent a signed-in user from viewing saved meetings, listening to recordings, or recording new audio. Deleting the app or the Bilin account does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription.

Recording and AI-generated results

Make sure you have the permissions required to record participants and send their information for processing. Transcripts and minutes can contain mistakes, including names, numbers, decisions, and action items. Review important details against the original recording.

Transcription sends audio and relevant meeting context to external services. Minutes generation uses the transcript; regenerating minutes from saved text does not submit the audio again. See the Bilin privacy policy for temporary recovery copies and deletion details.

Current availability

Bilin is in private testing and is not yet available for public download. This website does not offer a public TestFlight invitation or a purchase.
